More color is developing across the Twin Tiers, although it's not as vibrant as in previous years.  We're about midway to peak color across most valley locations with some of the higher terrain close to peak color.  We're expecting peak foliage in about a week across the lower elevations, although with gusty winds forecast Sunday and Monday...a lot of the leaves may begin to drop early.
