Clouds will continue to build as the day wears on, a more breezes should come from the south and southwest after sunset. Temperatures will fall back into the lows 50s tonight. Friday sees the start of rain most likely beginning in the afternoon. Temps will begin to stall for the most part as the region becomes gradually cooler throughout the weekend.

Impacts from this weekend's rain will vary across the Twin Tiers. Many will receive up to 1/4" of rain but localized impacts could equate to anywhere from 1/2" to 1" in spots. A cold front is behind much of the rain, however another system approaching from our south could add on to the rain, but its impacts are likely to be situated off to our east.
