Heavy rain from Sunday night and early Monday, especially east of Elmira, has resulted in sharp rises along the Susquehanna River.  A flood warning has been issued for the Susquehanna River in Tioga (NY) and Bradford counties with flooding likely, especially in low spots along the river.  Scattered snow showers are likely tonight, but drier conditions are likely through the rest of the week, which will allow river levels to drop by midweek.
