(WENY) -- The Cornell Cooperative Extension in Chemung County will host a Chemung County Network Session on March 5th, at 11:00 a.m. in the Steele Memorial Library. The one-hour session is an opportunity to learn about resources for home repairs in Elmira.

People working in the human services field will have the chance to talk and learn about what the community needs and is struggling to find, regarding home repairs such as plumbing and window repairing.

“...figuring out ‘what are the gaps,’ ‘what are the affordable resources,’ you know...local handyman services, and things like that,” Jackie Spencer, the Community and Economic Vitality Resource Educator, said.
