An upper level low pressure system will slowly push through the region in the coming days with scattered rain and snow showers possible Thursday, Friday and Saturday.  Temperatures through the period will top out in the 40s with lows in the 30s.  Additional rainfall will average close to half an inch.  High pressure will build back into the Twin Tiers by Sunday with mostly sunny skies and temperatures into the mid 50s.  60s are likely on Monday with fair skies in the forecast for eclipse day.
