The Steuben County Habitat for Humanity ReStore is hosting the grand re-opening for the store on Saturday. The festivities will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
 
Organizers will be celebrating with free refreshments, raffles, balloons, prize giveaways and discounts on select items. Organizers say the grand re-opening is a thank you to the community for their support to the ReStore after the fire that closed the shop in July 2023.
 
The ReStore is located at 3412 Route 414 in Corning.
STEUBEN COUNTY, N.Y. (WENY) – The Steuben County Habitat for Humanity ReStore will reopen it's doors on August 9th, 2024 after a year long closure due to a fire in July 2023. Located at 3412 State Route 414 in Corning, the store is set to resume normal business hours.
 
Tuesday- 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday- 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Thursday- 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday- 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday- 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. 
 
 
Please note that due to construction on the new donation center, they will not be able to accept drop-off donations at this time. However, they will begin to schedule donation pickups starting July 30th.
