Severe weather looks to make an impact as we begin our Labor Day Weekend, we could see a handful of heavy downpours and significant wind gusts later on today. The worst of it is likely to come around in the afternoon. Temperatures climb into the 80s again both today and Sunday.

Monday's outlook has much more sunshine and much less rain. A cooling ushers in next week with high temperatures cratering to the low 70s and staying there for a few days. Skies are likely to stay mostly sunny.

The dry stretch continues for the length of next week with dry conditions thanks to high pressure and low humidity. Temperatures are expected to rebound to average late next week, but a chance of rain follows into Friday.
