We're expecting a chilly night across the Twin Tiers with the coolest temperatures since last spring.  Most of the region will drop into the lower 40s, but some mid and upper 30s are possible across Potter and Allegany counties where a frost advisory is in effect.  Despite the chilly start Tuesday, temperatures will end up warmer than Monday with highs in the low to mid 70s.  Dry conditions are likely through Friday with temperatures late week near 80.
