Bradford Co. Man Sentenced to 11-years in Prison for Meth Distribution

SCRANTON, PA (WENY) -- The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania has announced that Robert M. Lutz, a 42-year-old resident of Bradford County, Pennsylvania, was sentenced to 11-years in federal prison for his role in distributing crystal methamphetamine. The sentencing took place on January 31, 2025, and was handed down by United States District Court Chief Judge Matthew W. Brann.
According to Acting United States Attorney John C. Gurganus, Lutz was involved in a drug distribution conspiracy that operated from September 2019 through February 2020.
