CHEMUNG COUNTY, N.Y. (WENY) -- As grocery prices continue to skyrocket, more and more people are turning to their backyards as the solution. But gardening isn't easy, and not everyone has a green thumb, so the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Chemung County is offering a beginner gardening series called Seed To Supper to help out.

The program is free, and includes master gardeners giving tips on everything from healthy soil to planting and harvest. There are four sessions that run every Saturday starting March 15th through April 12 at Meals on Wheels on William Street in Elmira.

While the program is free, space is limited, so registering as quickly as possible is recommended. Registration ends on March 11th, and you can register here.
