**HIGH WIND WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THIS AFTERNOON TO 7 PM EST MONDAY FOR BRADFORD, TIOGA (PA), TIOGA (NY), AND TOMPKINS COUNTIES**

Rain is set for Sunday as temperatures rebound into the mid 40s. However, a cold front moves in and drops low temperatures into the mid 10s, and rain changes over to snow. High winds and a potential flash freeze will create dangerous driving conditions.

It stays cold going into next week, as highs stay in the low 20s on Monday and light snow is possible in the early parts of the day. Highs stay below 20 on Tuesday as skies break slightly but lows stay below 10 for a chilly evening.

Over the course of the late week, temperatures stay below freezing and snow could fall Thursday. Going into the weekend, conditions improve marginally, as temps continue to slowly climb into the 30s.
