SOUTHERN TIER, N.Y. (WENY) -- The Economic Opportunity Program is set to celebrate 60 years of serving communities in Chemung and Schuyler Counties, and everyone is invited. The Diamond Jubilee happening Tuesday, February 25th, and things will kick off at noon at the Ernie Davis Community Center with a look at the EOP's past, and goals for the future. 

EOP calls itself the largest non-profit community services agency in Chemung and Schuyler Counties. The Agency says it provides youth care, family development and energy services to roughly 5000 people and families.
