Rain set for Wednesday

The region remains on the chilly side going into tonight and Monday morning. Low temperatures sink down close to 10 degrees, but it's likely that feels like temperatures will drop as low as -5 in some higher elevations.
We will start on the week on a cold note with highs struggling to get past freezing and into the mid 30s. Temperatures will continue to increase all the way into Tuesday and Wednesday. Both will see highs in the 50s. Rain showers could get started after midnight on Tuesday, but most of the week's rain comes on Wednesday regardless.
Cooldowns come fast on Thursday as low temperatures in the morning open up the door for a mix of rain and snow, as temperatures creep barely above average into the mid 40s. Temps remain close to 40 into the weekend, and a few flurries remain possible on Saturday.
