Cold air continues to keep the area busy for the rest of the evening and into the weekend, and flurries fall later on this evening, but most of the snow falls in the overnight period, leading to minimal accumulations in our area.

Temperatures stall in the mid 30s on Saturday as flurries wrap up in the morning, skies remain partly sunny as winds continue to blitz the Twin Tiers. Warmer conditions begin to break through on Sunday, but conditions only allow for some highs in the 40s. Added sunshine boosts temperatures up to the 50s for Monday.

Expect above average warmth all the way into Friday of next week. However high temps will hit an early stride on Tuesday in the mid 60s. Conditions recede into the 50s for Wednesday and Thursday, and clouds increase throughout this period as well.
