NYSP: 5 people arrested for stealing from Rico's Pizza in check fraud scheme

HORSEHEADS, N.Y. (WENY) -- Five people were arrested for allegedly stealing from Rico's Pizzeria's Arnot Mall location.
According to New York State Police, the suspects stole unauthorized checks from the restaurant and cashed them at various banks. One of the suspects is a former shift manager for the pizza joint.
Dominic Palmieri, a 28-year-old from Elmira is charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument, Burglary, two counts of Petit Larceny and Conspiracy.
Dannielle Leskoven, a 33-year-old from Towanda, is charged with two counts of Possession of a Forged Instrument, Grand Larceny and Conspiracy.
Anngelica Morrow, 37, from Towanda and Luna-Holly Foster, a 24-year-old from Elmira are also charged with Possession of a Forged Instrument, Petit Larceny and Conspiracy.
Jamison Randall, 25, from Elmira is charged with three counts of Possession of a Forged Instrument, Grand Larceny and Conspiracy.
NYSP say they were made aware of the scheme in January.
