WATKINS GLEN, NY (WENY) - Two men convicted of a 2015 Schuyler County rape have been sentenced. Jeff Forney, Jr. and Aaron Bowen were both convicted of raping a physically helpless 18-year-old back in June. Forney was convicted of Predatory Sexual Assault back in June. He has been sentenced to 21 years to life in prison. Bowen was convicted of 1st degree Rape and Criminal Sexual Act. He's sentenced to 8 years in prison, with 7 years post release supervision.
