ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WENY) - A Beaver Dams man convicted of federal drug charges in relation to a Southern Tier drug ring has been sentenced. 40-year-old Scott Kennedy pleaded guilty to conspiracy to manufacture, possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, 500 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing methamphetamine.
