Police: Man shot and killed over property dispute in Allegany County Video included

ALLEGANY COUNTY, N.Y. (WENY) - A Livingston County man was arrested and charged with second-degree murder.  State Police say 31-year-old Matthew J. Gilbert of Hunt, N.Y. shot and killed a 23-year-old man over a property dispute. Police say they responded to a report of a man with a gunshot wound on Monegan Road in the town of Burn, just before 3 pm on Friday. BATH, N.Y. (WENY) – Three people were arrested on drug charges in two separate incidents in the Village of Bath. According to the Village of Bath Police Department, 29-year-old Joshua Bailey was arrested on November 3 and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with the intent to sell.
