Police Looking for Second Suspect in Byrne Dairy Robbery

ITHACA (WENY)---Ithaca Police are investigating a robbery at a Byrne Dairy.

They say it happened around 10 last night at the Ithaca Byrne Dairy at 215 North Meadow street.

Police say two suspects entered the store, threatened to use a gun, stole money from the register and ran.

One of the suspects, 39-year-old James Nolan Alexander of Ithaca was found five blocks from the Byrne Dairy.

He is charged with Robbery in the Second Degree and he is in the Tompkins County jail on $5,000 dollars bail.

Police are still looking for the second suspect.

He's described as a black male, about 6 feet tall with an average build.
