Elmira

• $114.6 million total budget
• Tax levy increase by 5%, exceeding two percent cap limit
• Spending increase of $2.4 million from last year
• 112 staff reductions, could be fewer with new union concessions
• Polls: 7 AM - 8 PM, EFA & Southside High School

• $87.6 million total budget
• Spending increase of .04% from last year
• Tax levy increase of 1.78%, at cap
• District received $5.3 million Corning Inc. Foundation grant

Horseheads

• $69.5 million total budget
• Spending increase of 0.26% from last year
• Tax levy increase of 3.41%, at cap
• Proposed budget maintains programs, cuts 10 positions through resignations and retirements
• Polls: 7 AM - 9 PM, Big Flats, Ridge Road and Horseheads High

Watkins Glen

• $23.2 million total budget
• Spending reduction of 3.78% for next year
• Tax levy increase of 2.5%, at cap
• Eliminating 12 positions
• Polls: 9 AM - 8 PM, District Lobby Office
