BRADFORD COUNTY---(WENY) Two Bradford County women are behind bars after stealing checks from an elderly man and forging his signature. Police say 53-year-old Cindy Raymond and 27-year-old Sarah Raymond stole and forged $5900.00 worth of checks from an 84-year-old man they were supposed to take off. The two women admitted to taking a total of seven checks were taken without permission.
