SOUTHERN TIER (WENY) -- Senator Kirstin Gillibrand wants to make sure no one in New York is going cold.
With the rising cost of energy and people struggling to pay bills in this economy, New York's Senator announced a $3.4 million dollar injection into New York's low income home energy assistance program also known as LIHEAP.
The money will go a long way towards making sure seniors and low income families are able to stay warm the rest of the winter.
