Pennsylvania’s Unemployment All Time Low

PENNSYLVANIA (WENY)- Pennsylvania's unemployment rate is at an all time low, since September 2008. The states unemployment rate has fallen to 5.6% for the month of May, far below national average of 6.3%. Pennsylvania's private sector jobs are at an all time high at over 5 million jobs. Former Pennsylvania Governor Tom Ridge says Governor Tom Corbett's agenda has returned the state to a solid financial footing, and is doing the right thing for the people of Pennsylvania.
