New York State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli has received a prestigious award. DiNapoli was awarded the Hubert H. Humphrey award for a lifetime spent in public service in New York. The Award was presented to him at the United Federation of Teachers' Annual Greater Metropolitan Social studies Conference over the weekend. DiNapoli says that he's honored to have received an award being the name of Hubert H. Humphrey who was such an honorable and transformative national figure.
