The past several weeks have been classified by cool, showery and unsettled weather! This weekend will again be damp and cool, especially for Saturday, as a storm system strengthens along the Midatlantic coast. Some scattered showers will linger on Mom's Day but temperatures will be a little better. Looking at the long-range, the stubborn "Omega Block" pattern that has been plaguing us will FINALLY start to ease its grip heading into next week! The upper level pattern will shift by Tuesday and Wednesday allowing for more of a southwest flow to bring us much warmer air by midweek, with temperatures over 70° on Wednesday. Just be patient!
