Bath man arrested for allegedly damaging Corning police car

CORNING, N.Y. (WENY) - A Bath man is facing charges for allegedly damaging an unmarked Corning police car.

Corning Police say it happened on November 25th around 8pm. They say the unmarked car was parked in the City Hall parking lot.

21-year-old Brett Ingersoll is charged with 3rd degree Criminal Mischief. He was sent to the Steuben County Jail on $1,000 cash bail.

He's scheduled to reappear in court next month.
