Pennsylvania man sentenced for 2017 double fatal crash

TOWANDA, P.A. (WENY) - A Pennsylvania man who pleaded guilty in connection with a 2017 crash that killed two Bradford County residents has been sentenced.

Tyler Freeman, 20, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days in the Bradford County Correctional Facility, followed by eight years of probation.

In November, Freeman pleaded guilty to two counts of 3rd degree homicide by vehicle for the May 2017 crash that killed David Estelle, 48, and Billie Jo Estelle, 42, both of Rome, Pennsylvania.

Freeman was also ordered to pay $4,000 in fines and will lose his driver's license for 2 years.
