Elmira man arrested for allegedly selling crack

ELMIRA, N.Y. (WENY) -- An Elmira man was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly selling crack in the City of Elmira.

According to Elmira Police, 33-year-old Carlton J. Clinton was arrested on a superior court warrant. He was charged with two counts of felony criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Authorities also searched Clinton's home. Police say they found 1/8 ounce of cocaine, pills, marijuana, narcotic paraphernalia, and cash.

Police say Clinton was previously convicted back in 2011 for selling cocaine in Elmira.
