TWIN TIERS -- Good morning! Here's your latest First Warning Forecast:

Temperatures: Well below normal temperatures continue today. Expect readings as you head out this morning in the 7 to 15 range. It'll be a little better for this afternoon with highs in the 30s.

Wind Chills: Morning wind speeds will be fairly light with wind chills nearly the same as the temperature during the morning hours. By afternoon, expect wind chill readings in the 20s.

Wind: South 5-10mph

Sunset: 7:25pm

Weather: Flurries have been noted across the area this morning. Expect the risk for a few flurries, especially this morning with a little sun developing. Skies become mostly cloudy during the afternoon with a renewed threat for flurries or light snow showers through tonight.
