Tioga Downs arsonist sentenced to 7-15 years in prison

Boyd Fenton, 33, who set fire to a horse barn at Tioga Downs on Nov. 9th, 2023, was sentenced at Tioga County Court on Friday. 30 racehorses died in the fire and a trainer was hurt when they tried to rescue horses from the flames.
