Recently, the weather pattern has been less than stellar over much of the Northeast. A trough at the jet stream level has been providing us with unsettled weather over the past several weeks but FINALLY, this persistent gloomy weather pattern will leave heading towards the 2nd half of the weekend and into early next week! A large fair weather high pressure will build off the East coast shifting the jet stream to the north. This will place us in a broad southwesterly flow, especially by Sunday and Monday, with a return to very warm air! Early indications point to the mercury soaring well over 80° on Sunday, and flirting with 90° on Monday!
