Today sunshine returns yet again to the Twin Tiers! Sunshine and Southerly flow will enable temperatures to rise rapidly, from the chilly mid 20s this morning into the upper 50s by the end of the day. Winds sustained will be around 5-10 mph but a few gusts could reach 20 mph.

Overnight the area looks to stay mostly clear. A weak cold front is approaching from the west, but precipitation looks to stay north of the Southern Tier. There could be a chance for a shower around but conditions look to remain on the dry side of things. Low temperatures will also be above average, near 39 degrees.
