Snow Tapers Early, Sky Clears for the Twin Tiers/Finger Lakes

Today most of the snow will taper early on. All effective Winter Weather Advisories will come to an end between 8 and 10 AM this morning. Sky will begin to clear a bit with some peaks of sunshine and blue sky. Clouds will still be around. High temperatures will remain below average, maxing out at 23 degrees this afternoon, with feels like temperatures ranging in the single digits and teens.
Tonight remains dry with partly cloudy sky, with calm westerly winds and lows around 10 degrees.
