We ended up with a wide range of snowfall totals across the Twin Tiers.  The hardest hit regions will generally west of Campbell, where up to a foot and a half of heavy, wet snow piled up.  Farther east... where the changeover from rain to snow took longer, amounts were much lower.  In the lower elevations from Corning to Elmira to Sayre, snowfall amounts ranged from only 1 to 4 inches.
