Winter Weather Advisory issued by the National Weather Service for Tompkins, Bradford and Tioga (NY) until 4AM Thursday morning. Snow may be heavier at times and may result in more snow accumulation. These areas may see localized higher snow totals, up to 6" possible. Expect periods of snowfall through the afternoon and evening that may cause difficult travel conditions in the highlighted counties.
