Heavy Snow Stays Southeast
Expect mostly cloudy sky throughout the day with the chance for a few light snow showers. Most of the activity will once again just glide by the Twin Tiers, keeping the heaviest snow and accumulation down towards southeastern portions of Pennsylvania up through New England. Some areas in the Northern Tier of Pennsylvania may see slushier conditions early on this morning, especially on untreated road surfaces, so just keep that in mind as you step out the door. Accumulation will be fairly light for the Twin Tiers and Finger Lakes, expecting little to no accumulation to at most an inch for northeastern portions of Pennsylvania but coastal areas could be dealing with up to a foot and a half of snow possible today and tonight! Highs will also be in the upper 30s with breezy winds at times coming in out of the north.
Tonight clouds remain with lows dropping into the lower 20s. A few flakes may be around as well, but additional accumulation looks to remain light.
