Low pressure sliding out of the Midwest will push a mix of rain and snow into the Twin Tiers late Wednesday night with accumulating snow likely by daybreak Thursday.  The rain/snow mix will continue through much of Thursday with afternoon temperatures only expected to rise into the upper 30s.  Total accumulations will average between 1-3", especially on the grass and colder surfaces.  Localized higher amounts are possible on the hilltops.  A lingering mixed rain or snow shower is still possible Friday followed by increasing amounts of sunshine over the weekend.
