Skipping Spring, and Heading Right into Summer
As a ridge of high pressure continues to build into the northeast, Summer-like conditions will dominate the Twin Tiers. Some areas are starting a bit cooler this morning, with locations in the mid to upper 30s, and lower 40s, but that will change by the afternoon. Highs are expected to rise almost 20º above average, finally topping off in the low 80s by the end of the work day. Few clouds will move in, leaving us with plenty of sunshine this Tuesday to enjoy. Tonight sky remains mainly clear with winds out of the southwest. Lows will fall into the mid to upper 40s, not as cool as earlier this week.
If outside today for long periods of time, apply sun screen and drink plenty of water!
