This morning areas of patchy dense fog and low level cloud coverage have developed due to residual surface moisture. In some locations visibilities have dropped to a half of a mile or less. Fog will start to lift through the morning to a higher level cloudy sky.  Through the afternoon highs look to stay mild, rising in the lower 70s, with clouds. Sunshine will be limited at times. Precipitation looks to stay well to our south, but for some, especially northeast portions of Pennsylvania, a few isolated showers cannot be ruled out for our Wednesday. Tonight clouds remain, with  mainly dry conditions and low temperatures in the low to mid 50s.
