Throughout the day we are still tracking sticky to uncomfortable levels of humidity across the area. Dew point temperatures look to stay well into the 60s this afternoon, increasing the amount of moisture in the air. Highs will also stay well into the 80s today, making for another hot summer-like day across the Twin Tiers. Dry conditions continue with a mix of sun and clouds. 

Tonight clouds thicken with rain expected to arrive late overnight into Thursday. Showers are expected to be scattered. Lows will stay relatively mild as well, falling into the low to mid 60s. The seasonal average for low temperatures sits in the upper 40s for this time of year.
