Happy 1st Day of Summer!

Through the morning some areas may hold onto cloud cover and light spotty rain, but through mid-morning the area is expected to brighten up! More sunshine is expected through the afternoon with seasonable highs in the upper 70s, near 80 degrees. 

Tonight sky stays clear to start but clouds not far away. Through the overnight clouds continue to build up with lows sitting in the upper 40s.
