Monday is starting early with mild conditions and mugginess across the Twin Tiers. Scattered showers will continue to sporadically jump around the area through the day, with isolated thunderstorms possible and heavier pockets of rainfall. Winds will also be breezy out of the southwest blowing anywhere from 5 to 15 mph. By the afternoon temperatures will stay seasonable, but humidity levels will range between uncomfortable and oppressive as dew point temperatures stay in the upper 60s and low 70s.

Tonight the chance for showers and storms continues to linger with lows near 70 degrees.
