An upper level disturbance will be enhancing the chance for some hit or miss shower activity throughout the day today, as temperatures rise slightly above yesterday's highs. Showers should remain non-severe today, with pockets of moderately falling rainfall at times. The Twin Tiers may also catch a glimpse of a few peeks of sunshine here and there through the afternoon, in between showers. For the most part though expect cloudy sky. Highs will rise near 76 degrees with muggy conditions.

Tonight most of the activity will move out towards the east gradually clearing the area of clouds and rainfall. As a result lows will drop off a bit, sinking down into the lower 50s overnight.
