After a drier, cooler, and cloudy day for much of our region, the threat of flooding will return to the Twin Tiers for the second half of Sunday. The rain will start off as scattered, then become much steadier into Monday. Rainfall amounts will range from 2" - 4"+ locally resulting in flood risks. The National Weather Service has already issued a flood watch from 2pm tomorrow until 8pm Monday. Please be mindful of the imminent threat and remember to turn around, don't drown!
