Low pressure lifting up the East Coast will make for a wet weekend across the Twin Tiers.  The rain will begin around midnight Friday night with steady rain likely through Saturday.  Clouds will linger Sunday with a few more showers possible.  Temperatures will remain cool with highs in the 40s and lows in the 30s.  Some wet snow may mix in across the hilltops, especially Saturday night.  Total rainfall amounts will generally range from 1-2" with localized higher amounts possible.
