BATH, N.Y. (WENY) -- A Bath woman is behind bars for allegedly selling narcotics with her infant child present. 

Bath Village Police say 35-year-old Miranda Bishop was arrested on two separate superior court warrants. Those charges include two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance, two criminal possession of a controlled substance, as well as one count of endangering the welfare of a child. 

According to police, Bishop had at least one narcotic sale with her infant child present. She was arrested Thursday night and sent to the Steuben County Jail with no bail.    

The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Steuben County District Attorney's Drug Initiative Program.
