UPDATE (4:30 p.m.) -- State Police say they've recovered the pickup truck in the Town of Erwin. 

The case is still under investigation and troopers say they are currently following up on leads. 

PAINTED POST, NY (WENY) -- State Police in Painted Post want to know if you've seen this truck on the road.

It was recently stolen in the Town of Erwin.

We're told it was taken sometime between Friday and Saturday from a home on Beartown Road.

It's a 1996 Dodge pick-up with a small dent on the driver's side. There are also two window stickers on the vehicle. One reads "bisons" the other, "Peavey."
