A Rainy and Warm Friday
We will be continuing to track periodic showers across the Twin Tiers and Finger Lakes as highs warm into the lower 50s! Mostly cloudy sky will also linger between scattered showers as breezy winds out of the south blow into the area. Winds sustained will range from 5-15 mph with gusts as high as 20 mph at times.
Heading towards this evening, shower chance decreases but some lingering moisture is still possible. Low temperatures will be dropping near 39, but count on them to continue to plummet through Saturday afternoon. Late tonight into early Saturday some light snow showers may linger a bit as a cold front tracks east. Accumulation will be little, but higher terrain may see some slick conditions into early Saturday.
