Truitt arson case moves to Otsego County Court
ONEONTA, N.Y. (WBNG) -- The man accused in a deadly fire in Oneonta appeared in court Monday morning.
Terrance Truitt of Oneonta has been charged with first-degree arson.
In Oneonta City Court, it was determined that the case will continue on in Otsego County Court.
Truitt is accused of setting the fire last month on Walling Avenue that killed 38-year-old John Heller.
The court appearance was originally scheduled for Friday.
