Low pressure will track northeast out of the Mississippi Valley on Saturday with snow expected to develop here in the Twin Tiers Saturday afternoon.  The snow will become heavy at times Saturday night, possibly mixing with sleet or freezing rain.  The mix will change back over to snow on Sunday and gradually taper off Sunday afternoon.  Colder temperatures and gusty winds will wrap in behind the storm resulting in blowing and drifting snow.  Accumulations across much of the region look to top 1 foot.
