Wind Chill Warning continues today, expiring tonight at 7PM for the entire viewing area. 

Dangerously cold wind chills will continue today. Wind chills will be as low as 30 below zero, even during the warmest parts of the day. Wind gusts as high as 35 mph will be possible today, causing blowing and drifting snow, where there is a dry snow pack. Lowest wind chills until 7 PM EST this evening. Winds diminish tonight but wind chills will remain well below zero. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin within 30 minutes, be aware of the signs for hypothermia and frostbite. Try to limit long durations of time outside, and bundle up if heading out the door.

A Wind Chill Warning means the combination of very cold air and the wind will create dangerously low wind chill values. Frostbite can occur quickly and even hypothermia or death if precautions are not taken.
