WINDBER, Pa. (AP) - An Ohio man has been arraigned in the deaths of two western Pennsylvania men reported missing almost two years ago.

Twenty-four-year-old Devon Wyrick of Columbus was extradited from Ohio last week and arraigned in the deaths of 19-year-old Damien Staniszewski (stan-ih-SHES'-kee) and 32-year-old James Edward Smith.

The victims were last seen at Smith's Cambria County home and reported missing in March 2017. Their remains were found by hunters near the end of September in a wooded area in Conemaugh Township, Somerset County.

Wyrick and a Johnstown man are charged with criminal homicide in the deaths, which authorities allege stemmed from a dispute over drugs. Another man faces kidnapping and other charges. Wyrick's attorney didn't immediately return a call seeking comment Saturday.
